Typically, the industry standard is $.01 x number of followers for a static image post. If your engagement rate is over 2.5% charge $0.02 or more per follower. I would increase that price to be in line with your engagement rate. Know your worth and shoot your shot and be prepared to back it up with facts and stats.

This basic formula does not take into account your engagement rate entirely, usage rights or your expertise which it should. Be prepared to negotiate and always push a little more than what you think you can get.

Aim to pitch packages or high-priced items like video (Reels, TikTok, IGTVs, Stories). 

Never just pitch a single post. 

You will get the best offer that is reflective of your current content quality, engagement rate AND the strength of your pitch.
